OOTD : getting there

Hello!!! How is your day so far? ...Me? hmmm I just started my day since I worked 7:00 pm to 3:00 AM this week. I woke up around 10:30 and immediately grabbed my phone, ask me why. Because .... I watched episode 18 of 'Fated to Love You' -- it is my favorite k-drama at the moment, you can watch it at Dramacool each episode gets better and better. It is kinda sad since soon it will be over, actually I had same anticipation when I waited for 'My Love from the Star' and 'The Heirs' episodes to be uploaded. To tell you the truth I watched FTLY episodes twice; without the sub and one with English sub, k-dramas are too addictive right?!? How about you are addicted to k-dramas too? Anyhow, lets talk about my outfit...I paired a white button-down and a boyfriend jeans for a casual look. To give it extra hint of class I wore a statement necklace made up of pearls and gold. Yup I wanted to look cool at the same time so I put on my shoes with spikes and used my mirrored sunnies. I think k-dramas and my outfit share the same characteristics; (1)simple and (2)timeless hihihi :D. I wore this ootd when I watched 'She's Dating The Gangster' and yeah just like k-dramas I am now inlove with #kathniel -- feeling teen again. <3....Let's see where this new found love for kathniel  and my addiction to k-drama will take me.

Happy Friday!!!

OOTD : be bright as the sun

It's now Monday again and weekends just passed by so quickly why oh why?!!.

Everyone or most of us hates Monday but today is an exception for me. That is because today we are celebrating my father's birthday and I could not be happier coz my parents are here in Singapore. When working abroad leaves are so precious and so difficult to get. At the moment it is impossible for me to take leaves but Jesus made a way for us to celebrate together. I could not be happier today but I still don't love Mondays.

Just like my face whenever Monday comes the prints on my shirt were of that pizza with sad face. Though the prints were not that happy I still love it because of the vibrant yellow color like that of the sun. When I bought the shirt I did not hesitate because I know it would be perfect for my USS trip and it was indeed! Again we visited USS for the nth time this year and I'm still not sick of it. Here are the photos of my #ootd session hope you like it.

OOTD : channeling grey

T-shirt and printed trousers combo yet again, such a lazy outfit indeed. But wait a lazy outfit can still  be fab when you throw in the right accessories. I felt that my oversize sunnies would elevate my outfit and oh boy it was indeed perfect item. It's like rugs to riches kind of situation hihihi :D. If you don't feel like dressing up just try the lazy combo but make sure to wear your oversize shades for that instant celebrity look. Who knows some paparazzi might go after you right? ;)

OOTD : go green

Oh yes! finally an outdoor #ootd but then again I'm back to my monochrome thingy. But no one is to be blame for my obsession with black, gray and white; I guess its a choice I won't regret because these colors gives so much class and are so timeless. Of all the trends that come and go, there are those that we will keep doing.

Whoever thought of innovating the real Japanese kimono is such a genius.Ten years from now I can still see myself sporting the printed kimono coz it gives that carefree chic vibe. Another thing to love about is that it can be use at the beach as cover up and at the office as an alternative for cardigans. You can have best of both worlds with kimono indeed so make sure you keep one. Enjoy!!!

OOTD : neko neko

The sun set already when we went out because it was not part of our plan to go out that Saturday. However, I would not miss a chance to take my #ootd even though the natural light from Mr. Sun is not available. While waiting for the bus to arrive I plead my sister to take my #ootd though we are getting very weird stares. Because finally I had the courage to try on a colorful top with different cat faces and it would be a shame if it will just stay in my cabinet. I paired my top with a gray midi skirt and my purple MK bag and a leopard glass to achieve that geeky-cute look. The sudden and very random urge to go out turned out to be a froyo-ramen-movie date with my sister and a time for me to discover that its not bad after all to try on other colors.

OOTD : grey is the new black

These past few weeks I caught myself being drawn to the same place every weekend. I and my boyfie want to get away from malls as much as we can but at the end we keep coming back. The hot weather is the main reason why we hang out indoors instead of visiting parks. Though our weekend activities are limited and seems recurring I am still happy because I got to spend it with my love. The same goes with my outfit choices I favor black most of the time and been repeating pieces here and there but what to do? Hmmm I guess we just have to work on what we have and what we can control and try to be happy so as not to complicate things. Gray and white are my new faves because like black they are easy to match with anything. What do you think?

OOTD : color it black

I guess I can't deny my undying love for black especially now that I have this weird hair color. I've said it so many times how I love wearing anything black and I won't stop hahaha!!!. To keep things still interesting I try trends and incorporating colors as much as possible. On my usual weekend date with my boyfie I had this black #ootd by pairing a textured crop top and a midi skirt. The embossed pattern from my top and square pattern from my skirt made the pairing from plain to perfect. To complete the look I added a pink clutch to give contrast and a pop of color. Monochrome outfit does not have to be boring as long as you mix textures, add a pop of color and wear your smile
