OOTD : break free

Dresses are staple in every girls wardrobe, dress is a type of clothing that can showcase your figure and curves. You can either wear a dress as it is, dress up or down depending on the occasion and your mood.
I think another great thing about having dress is that it saves you time and money. Firstly, dresses are cheaper than buying pair of blouse and bottom. Secondly, saves your time in washing and ironing which is a must for busy girls. Lastly, you can reuse a dress by wearing a top and using it as a skirt or vice versa.

OOTD : naughty nautical

What is the first thing that comes to your mind when you hear these words red, blue, white and stripes?
Hmmmmm?!? In my case I can only think of sailor uniforms and nautical trends aside from the US and UK flags.

Here is my take on this nautical trend alert : stipes blue and white long sleeves and velvet skater skirt in red.

.

I am happy that I was able to pull this outfit together it made me feel so feminine. Another thing I love about this outfit is that it can be worn regardless of the weather due to the flexibility of the long sleeves top, you can just add another layer if its really cold. Wearing skirt is kinda unusual thing for me but the length and fullness of it made me feel better. (I might just go to Bugis and hoard some more while skater skirts are still the latest craze in town and cheap.)

OOTD : lost in the woods

Summer time is all about vacation, beaches, swimwear, colours and comfy clothes.
The perfect place to visit this time of the year would be beaches of course!!! but I don't have enough annual leaves I can't go on a vacation (sob).

I looked around and there you go I found a perfect place where spent one of my weekends this summer; tada!!! I went to Botanic Gardens that is home for various trees and flowers. I wore something that would scream summer and will complement the beautiful colours around me.
